David is Vice President of Taxation and Public Finance at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and a former Commissioner at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2012 to 2018.

Jeff took over editorship of the Indiana Utility Report on January 1, 2020. Jeff is Of Counsel in the law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans and a former Administrative Law Judge at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

Bob edited the Indiana Utility Report for over 22 years. Bob practices utility and estate law in Greenwood, Indiana.
Claudia Earls
Claudia was the second editor of the Indiana Utility Report and ushered it into the modern age. In 2020, Claudia retired from NiSource after a long and distinguished career in utility law.
