Duke Energy has announced the promotion of Laura Johnson to the position of Vice President of Government Affairs for the company's Indiana operations. Johnson, who has been with Duke Energy since 2013, most recently served as the Managing Director of Government Affairs.

Ryan Heater, who has been chief of staff of the Commission since late 2019, will be departing for a new role. As the chief of staff, he has managed an array of departments, encompassing Administrative Law Judges, External Affairs, the Office of General Counsel, and Technical Operations. Furthermore, he has provided strategic counsel to both the Commission Chair and the Commissioners.

AES has announced the appointment of Ken Zagzebski as the senior vice president of AES, president and CEO of AES Indiana, and chairman of the AES Indiana Board. Ken is well known in the industry and has been with AES since 2007.
